Newly installed Hereford FC Marc Richards has said that today's Cup tie against Welling won't be easy. He will be in the dug-out for the first time.
"Welling are a very good team," Richards told BBC Hereford and Worcester.
"Steve King has put together a very good squad and that shows from their league position. They beat Bath 2-0 the other day and Bath are a very good team.
"So it's going to be a real, real tough game."
Richards, who took his first training session on Thursday evening and released Jennison Myrie-Williams yesterday, realises that FA Cup income helps the finances at Edgar Street.
"Everyone is aware of that and obviously it adds a little more to it.
"But that won't change my preparations in the way I will prepare my team for any single fixture whether it's FA Cup or League.
"That won't change but it adds that little bit extra spice to it."
