The break will give the Hereford management team of Tim Harris and Marc Richards the chance to try and bring in a couple of players before next Saturday's away game at Boston.
Hereford have scored just nine goals in twelve league games and this must be most worrying to Harris and Richards.
They have brought in striker George Lloyd on loan. But he is 18 and not really proven at this level.
There is a view that main striker Harry White has not had the service he needs. The continual absence through injury of winger Keyon Reffell has not helped. However White is often out-muscled by defenders and doesn't win many headers.
Richards has another two strikers in the squad but Mike Symons is still some weeks away from full fitness and Marlon Jackson's goal scoring record isn't very impressive.
