It's second qualifying round of the FA Cup this afternoon all across the country and Hereford FC are up against Truro City at Edgar Street.
And there's an added dimension to the Cup this autumn with the Courtyard's production of 'The Goal' which centers on Ronnie Radford's goal against Newcastle United back in 1972 and in particular the ballboys at the game.
Nick Lane, the writer of 'The Goal', comes from Doncaster and wasn't at that game in 1972. But the inspiration for the production came to him after he started work at the Courtyard.
"The only things I knew about Hereford were cider, bulls, the SAS and Ronnie Radford and his goal.
"When I arrived I saw how close Edgar Street, the football ground, was to the Courtyard so one of my first questions was 'has anybody ever written about that FA Cup replay.'"
'The Goal' runs from October 1st to October 13th.
