Roger The Kitman Also Leaves Edgar Street

Roger Lloyd is a well-known face at Edgar Street having been Hereford FC's kitman since 2015, and also for Hereford United before that.

But Saturday will be his last game as kitman after the club announced he'll be stepping down from his role.

While the reason for his departure have not been made public, chairman Ken Kinnersley said the club appreciate his reasons.

"Roger has been an important member of the non-playing staff, often going above and beyond in his role as Kit Manager," Kinnersley told the official site.

"He always ensured that the players had everything to hand that they needed in training and on matchday.

"We’re very sorry to see Roger leave, but appreciate his reasons. I’d like to thank him for his efforts over the past three and a bit years. As a big fan of the club, we look forward to seeing Roger in the stands at Edgar Street in the future cheering on The Bulls."
