Vanarama have extended title sponsorship with the National League for another three years across the three divisions. Brain Barwick, chairman of the National League, says they're proud to announce the renewal deal and look forward to continuing the unique and highly rewarding partnership.

Hereford chairman Ken Kinnersley said it was a proud moment when the Bulls were formally accepted as a member of the National League North. Speaking to the offical site he also said that a number of clubs congratulated Hereford on the last three seasons and had been keeping an eye on their results. 

Met Police FC have made their final comments about the FA's decision to laterally transfer them to the Southern League in Step Three. The club's appeal was rejected and they say in a statement 'we are left to conclude that half a dozen fans could have worked this out on the back of a fag packet one Friday evening down the pub'.

There are reports that Middlesbrough are interested in Darlington defender Josh Heaton. The Daily Mail reports that the 21-year old is also being linked with a move to Everton after impressing during the V9 Academy which was set up by Jamie Vardy to give non-profit players a chance to impress.
