News Round Up

Wimbledon striker Lyle Taylor is reported to wanted by several clubs after failing to agree a new deal. Taylor played eight games for Hereford United on loan from Bournemouth in early 2012.

The teams who finished highest in the National League but failed to secure promotion have been selected to take part in the Scottish Challenge Cup. Boreham Wood and Sutton United will join six other non-Scottish sides in next season's competition, with Scottish Professional Football League chief executive Neil Doncaster hoping to develop a positive relationship with their counterparts in England, similar to those from the leagues in Northern Ireland, Wales and the Republic of Ireland.

Former Hereford United defender Tyler Weir has signed for Westfields. He joins a number of former Hereford United and Hereford FC players at the club.
