UITC Require Ladies Lead Coach

UITC are looking for a Lead Coach to run their Ladies team next season. The successful candidate will be required to manage the team and ensure it fulfils its footballing obligations for the 2018/19 season.

Job Role: Lead Football Coach
To lead or assist in the development and progression of individual players in our Ladies football team.

Responsibilities:
* To support and aid players playing for the team in a disciplined and safe environment
* Work with an assistant coach to plan, prepare and deliver training sessions
* Work with players with a varied range of talent to ensure all attending have an enjoyable time playing for the team.
* To monitor player development, prepare Player Feedback Reports and hold Player Review Meetings if required
* Ensure all qualifications are maintained adhering to FA guidelines.

Essential Qualifications
* FA Level 1 Certificate in Coaching Football – with the intention of continued personal development
* FA Safeguarding Children Certificate
* FA Emergency First Aid Certificate
* FA Enhanced CRC Check
* Full Driving Licence

Desirable Qualifications:
* FA Youth Award Module 1, 2 or 3 (or working towards)
* Level 2 in Coaching Football / UEFA B Certificate.
Personal Qualities:

* Excellent communication at all levels – players, parents and coaching colleagues
* Enthusiastic, willing to learn and hard working
* Committed to own personal and professional development
* Good timekeeping and able to commit to training sessions and matches
