Reg Reynolds, who runs coach travel to away games, said he's banned three supporters from Hereford Awaydays after yesterday's trip to Farnborough.
In a statement Reynolds said he hopes everyone can now move forward together with an understanding that certain behaviour is unacceptable.
There were reports of alcohol being consumed on board the coaches, which is against the law. The Sporting Events (Control of Alcohol etc.) Act 1985 states that no alcohol may be consumed on a coach or train which is principally taking people to a sporting event.
Reynolds said: "We shouldn't have to monitor everybody every time we go away, like searching for alcohol. We're all self policing and respectful.
"Also the use of e-cigarettes or vapes are not permitted onboard, a total disrespect to all others travelling.
"Awaydays does not want young wags thinking they can do what they like. I hope this has cleared up yesterdays events and we move forwards together."
Reynolds also spoke about the referee's warning that the game may be abandoned should another smoke bomb be let off. Jimmy Oates then went over to the travelling contingent to speak to them.
"Fans nearly got the game abandon when cruising 0-2," Reynolds added.
"The club and the team dont deserve a bad reputation. It will comeback to haunt us as fans trust me.
"HEREFORD AWAYDAYS was set up for safe travel and enjoyment at decent family pubs/clubhouses with food and beverages, football and enjoyment."
