Fleetwood manager Uwe Rosler gave a press conference earlier this afternoon in advance of Thursday's FA Cup replay at Hereford.
“We know what is coming against Hereford,” said Rosler.
“Everybody
needs to get themselves mentally ready in the next two days. It is a big
game for us, and for Hereford, as there is a big prize at the end of
it.
“We are
going into this game as professionals, we are playing a team who are a
few leagues below us and it’s always David vs. Goliath.
“Everybody wants the favourites to fail, and like I said, we need to be strong as a team and come out winners.
“We need to
handle the pressure as it’s on us. Hereford have been buzzing all week
for this game, and I have highlighted that to my players.
"On Thursday it will be a hostile atmosphere.
“The stadium will be packed and it will probably be a sell out. We need to be prepared and not turn up surprised.
“I don’t
know what the pitch is like but from what I have seen, there is a lot of
snow on the pitch; but I have been told the pitch is generally good.
“We need to see what the conditions will be like but in the end we need to win the tie, and it doesn’t matter how."
