"I thought it was a really good performance against a really good side," said Beadle.
"I thought the way they popped the ball round was neat and tidy.
"Two good footballing teams but we just looked that little bit more mature and strong.
"The clean sheet was well deserved and the two goals, it could have been more in the end.
"We talked about trying to make sure we pushed them back, we were away from home so have to withstand a little bit of pressure.
"We asked them to be a little bit more pro-active going forward which they did and I thought we were good going forward, little combinations of the two full backs and the wide men, they really stretched them today and caused them all sorts of problems.
"We got behind them so many times but we didn't have that final ball, that finish to go with the work before it."
Hereford's first goal was scored by John Mills or was it? Did he get a touch?
"I thought he toed it past the keeper that's what it looked like from where I was. But maybe he didn't. Maybe we can save some money (Beadle looks to his football director) Martin. Save on his goal bonus!
"He did well to get to it. It was a great little ball over the top. We thought it had been over-hit. It looked like he managed to get a toe in to it."
Weymouth didn't give up even after Hereford's second goal.
"Like I said they are a good side. It was never going to be an easy game. I don't think too many teams will come here and win 2-0.
"We really stepped up second half despite going up the slope and into the wind. We played some really good stuff on times and on another day might have had a couple more.
"Back four nice and solid, Horsell great penalty save as well.
"That why it's worth doing your homework. We had watched Weymouth when they played Frome recently and the lad took a penalty in the Frome game and put it the same way so we told Horse before the game, they get a penalty, he puts it the same way. Horse gets there and saves it. Great save even though he knew where he was going.
"Just a really good solid all round performance. Three points away from home, we're really pleased."
Beadle was asked about the penalty.
"What was James Bowen doing? He got the wrong side of him and I think the joy of scoring his first goal for the club, and what a great goal it was, probably got to his head a little bit.
"I did shout to him after the goal to focus, stay disciplined but the lad got inside of him. Too easy getting inside and it'a foul. It's a long way for me to see but it's a foul and he's got to do better than that."
