With the start of pre-season friendlies this evening at AFC Wulfrunians BN looks back to he last time Hereford played at AFC Wulfrunians which was on January 2nd 2016.
It was one of only two Midland Premier League matches which were played that afternoon because of the weather.
Hereford won 2-1 but speaking afterwards manager Peter Beadle thought Wulfrunians had been 'exceptional'.
"I thought Wulfrunians were
exceptional today. They caused us a few problems first half. Second half
we got to grips and were a little bit better with our application and
attitude and we got the result.
"It was real hard fought, tricky conditions but I thought both teams put on a good display and made a real good game of it."
That afternoon Mike Symons scored Hereford's first goal.
Pablo Haysham scored the winner with a curling free kick after he was brought down.
895 watched the game with around 700 following the Bulls.
