Ainsworth Goes South

Former Hereford United winger Lionel Ainsworth has joined League One Plymouth.

He turned down a new contract with Motherwell after four seasons with the Scottish club.

Ainsworth, now 29, joined Hereford in the summer of 2007 after being released by Derby. 

His time with Hereford included a third minute goal at Leeds in an FA Cup replay.
