The Hereford
U18’s remain top of the Midland Floodlit Youth League after tonight’s scheduled
match between Bromsgrove Sporting U18 and Gloucester City U18 was called off at
the request of Gloucester City.
The referee,
his assistants, and several local media representatives, including Radio
Hereford FC, had all arrived at the Victoria Ground before being advised of the
postponement.
The UITC side
therefore only need a point from their scheduled home match against
bottom-of-the-table side Cinderford Town U18 on Monday night to win the title.
