Whilst Hereford, having won the title, are obviously not involved in the play-offs, whoever wins the final is set to be promoted to the Southern League Premier Division along with the Bulls.
The four teams taking part are Salisbury, Taunton, Tiverton and Evesham.
As matters stand, Evesham will be away for the semi-final and should they win that also away for the final.
Play-off Semi Finals: Wednesday 26th April, 7.45pm kick off
Play-off Finals: Monday 1st May, 3.00pm kick off
The format for the Semi Finals is 2nd vs 5th and 3rd vs 4th in each Division, played as a one leg tie.
The Final will take place at the ground of the Club who finished highest out of the two clubs in the Division.
