It's Evesham This Afternoon

Hereford FC make the short trip to Evesham this afternoon for their last away game in the Southern League South and West.

With Hereford confirmed as champions and Evesham in the play-offs, the match has lost some of its importance.

However players of both sides will be looking towards next season and aiming to be given new contracts.

As regards Hereford, manager Peter Beadle will be looking for a better performance from his side after the disappointing draw against Barnstaple at Edgar Street last Saturday.

"Jimmy (Oates) has signed a contract but nobody else has. We've got four games to go now, two league games, two cup games. If we get the same again then people will be gone."

As regards this afternoon's starting XI, Beadle is expected to have Oates in the starting XI. He was on the bench on Saturday having played twice in the previous few days for a university team.

Whether he will make any other changes remain to be seen but he is likely to be without both Tristan Plummer, knee injury, Calvin Disney, groin problem, and Jake Sinclair, unavailable.

The game is all-ticket. Sat Nav for the ground is WR11 2LZ. There is plenty of parking at the ground.

The club shop at Edgar Street will be open from 10am this morning for an hour.

Finally for those who are unable to watch the game there's always Radio Hereford FC, Hereford Goals and Bulls News.
