It's Celebration Day At Edgar Street

Hereford FC will celebrate their second promotion today at Edgar Street.

When established after Hereford United folded, the 'new' club was placed in the Midland Premier League.

Twelve months ago they won that title and were promoted to the Southern League South and West.

Today they will celebrate another promotion and look forward to playing in the Southern Premier League next season.

Tickets for a few areas of Edgar Street remain available. They will be on sale at the club from 10am.

Before kick-off Ronaldo will be paraded around the ground and after the final whistle Hereford FC will be presented with the league trophy. There will also be the player of the year award.

Finally a reminder that there is an appeal to try and reach the £10,000 target required to ensure Jamie Cuss can have his knee operation. Currently the amount raised is £7830.

Some supporters have pledged £5 or £10 for each goal Hereford scores this afternoon.
