Whilst Hereford await a decision about their abandoned game at Didcot two weeks ago, a game that took place last Saturday is to be replayed.

This from the Southern League:

Following the abandonment of the Division One Central fixture on Saturday (between Chalfont St Peter and Kempston Rovers), the League's Board has considered the matter.

The decision is that the match is to be replayed and the date of the rearranged fixture will be announced as soon as it is agreed.

The circumstances of the abandonment were different to Hereford's game.

This from Chalfont St Peter FC:

A late injury to Adam Kirby with just seconds left to play caused the abandonment of a game that Saints looked certain to win and claim a very welcome three points.

Despite be attended by paramedics it was ultimately the one hour it took for an ambulance to arrive that forced the referee's hand as Kirby's back injury made it potentially dangerous to move move him without the proper equipment.
