Beadle 'Happy' With New Signing.

Hereford FC manager Peter Beadle has said that he is 'happy' to have secured the signing of James Molyneux from Westfields which was confirmed earlier this evening.

"It's taken a long time to get it over the line.

"So we're looking forward to getting him in and getting him stsrted now.

"It's a great acquisition for us.

"He's had a great start to the season. He's played a big part in what Westfields have done so far this year.

"And he's different to the other forwards we've got at the moment so he'll bring something different to the table.

"It will be nice to see him come out here and get some minutes under his belt."

Coach Steve Jenkins also spoke about the signing of Molyneux.

"It's been ongoing for the last ten days but it's great to get Jamie on board. He's a little bit different to what we have got.

"In terms of the forwards we have got, you've got Symo who is a big powerful lad and causes problems that way, then you've got Millsy who is an out and out goalscorer, you've got Jamie coming in now who has got pace.

"He can stretch teams and get behind and cause problems that way.

"So it's a good mix, good blend."

Where will you play him?

"We'll look at that in terms of who we come up against. He's equally comfortable w.ide in a three.

"He gives us options.

"We knew about him anyway, he was at Redditch last year and so I knew about him from me being at Merthyr.

"We've had him watched a couple of times this year and he's had a really strong start with Westfields."
