First Defeat for Bulls Since February

Morpeth Town continued the North's rich vein of form in the FA Vase by beating Hereford 4-1 in order to lift the trophy.

Hereford got the afternoon off to a great start as Rob Purdie scored in the 2nd minute with a fantastic strike, but 45-year old Chris Swailes equalised for the Highwaymen before half time.

Second half goals from Luke Carr, Sean Taylor and Shaun Bell for the Highwaymen, meant the day unfortunately ended in heartbreak for Hereford.

But with 3 out of the 4 trophies in their first ever season, the Bulls can hold their heads high as they've done the county proud.

Full report, reaction and photos to come.

What a season it has been.
