There is a full fixture list in the Midland Premier League this weekend and it's hoped that with a better day forecast most, if not all, of the fixtures will go ahead.
Game of the day is at Edgar Street where Hereford (1st) take on Alvechurch (2nd). Both teams have very good records and although Alvechurch are twelve points behind the leaders they have five games in hand.
Whatever the result it's expected that the game will be watched by a decent gate, perhaps over 4,000.
Should Alvechurch draw or lose, then Heanor could move above them if they can take some points off Shepshed Dynamo.
