Exceptional Progress Says Former Manager Taylor

Jon Taylor, who was Hereford United manager last season until its demise, has said that progress at Hereford FC has been 'exceptional'.

"The way the club has been brought together in a short space of time, with proper businessmen making the decisions has been exceptional," Taylor told the Hereford Times.

"There are a lot of passionate supporters and they are starting to get really good crowds.
"It shows that there is a big support in the city.

"I think, within the next five years, Hereford FC will certainly be where we finished in the Southern Premier if not higher, especially with the infrastructure that is there."

Taylor is currently manager of Bedford Town.

"Who knows, they may be in the same league us as next year, which will be great, even though I'll probably get a bit of stick."
