Dover have announced that they have called in Police after a routine audit of the club accounts found a 'five figure sum' had been misappropriated. The club are not commenting further until the Police have investigated the matter, but chairman Jim Parmenter told the press he was 'devastated' at the news. Later reports said a woman had subsequently been arrested.
Coventry Sphinx manager Luke Hopkins says he expects to make three or four new signings after losing faith in his misfiring side. Hopkins, who has been in charge for three years, claims his side should have beaten Heanor on Monday night, instead losing 4-2 with the final goal 'a fluke'.
