Newport's Supporters Trust still needs to raise £55,000 in the final six days of their appeal to take over the club. They now have a total of £140,000, up £32,000 on a week ago including a single £10,000 pledge. If they do not hit the target the club is expected to be offered to any interested party. Trust membership has surpassed 1,700.

Shepshed have signed Gresley FC keeper Ryan Swift on loan with their two keepers still injured. Ryan Price, who played twice including at Edgar Street, has now left the club. Alvechurch have signed striker Jordan Nadat from Sutton Coldfield Town on loan. Nadat played only once for the Step 3 side this term, going out on loan to Step 6 Hinckley where he netted five times in four games.

Sporting Khalsa have announced that defender Richard Golding has broken his leg for the second time in a year. The centre back was just coming back from the first break, making one start and one appearance from the bench. Kingstonian supporters are stepping up their campaign to keep the club at the Kingsmeadow ground now owned by AFC Wimbledon. The Dons are reported to be on the verge of selling the site to Chelsea for their womens team.
