Conf North side Hednesford have signed former Bulls loanee Kyle Perry following his release from Altrincham. The 29 year old spent two seasons at Alty, helping them to promotion from Conf North via the play-offs in 2013/14.

Former Bulls defender Nicky Law will stay in charge of Alfreton despite their drop out of the Conference. Chairman Wayne Bradley says Law, who has been in charge at the Impact Arena since 2007, will have to contend with lower playing and management budgets for the coming season with the club likely to be placed in Conf North.

Tony James has announced he has left Newport County after three years with the club. New boss Terry Butcher is understood to want to bring in his own backroom staff with Hereford based James, 36, having spent two years as a player with the Exiles before a year as strength and conditioning coach. Butcher released 13 players yesterday as he faces a reduced budget next season.

Former Bulls loanee Anwar Uddin has been appointed as manager of East London side Sporting Bengal. The 33 year old former West Ham defender takes over after the club finished bottom of the Step 5 Essex Senior League, having previously helped the club set up their youth academy.
