Redditch Chairman With Keyte At Edgar Street

Yesterday BN reported that former Hereford United chairman David Keyte along with several other people looked around Edgar Street on Monday.

One of those was reported to be a 'tall' gentleman.

This afternoon BN has been told that the 'tall' person was Chris Swan, the chairman of Redditch FC.

Swan took over Redditch in May 2011 after a failed attempt to get involved with Kidderminster.

According to his website - Chris turned his entrepreneurial talents to football in 2011, when he became the majority shareholder and chairman of Redditch United. A keen football fan, Chris approached the challenge of turning around the side’s ailing fortunes with a business mind and a view to the future. His aim is to work with the Redditch United supporters’ trust and the council in order to build the long-term success and progression for the club.
