Bulls Deserved Three Points

Six Changes For The Bulls This Afternoon After The FA Cup Defeat Last Saturday
A game which attracted the lowest ever home gate at Edgar Street  turned out to be probably the most entertaining played at the ground this season to date.

Whilst the Bulls only two goals scored, they hit the woodwork twice and had a couple cleared off the line. Biggleswade did get one back late in the game with a penalty.

The Bulls had by far the best of the first half. However it wasn't until half way through that they took the lead.

Bobes-Gilroy Celebrates His Goal
After several half-attempts the ball came out to Samuel Bobes-Gilroy who made no mistake with a shot from around 20 yards.

Seven minutes later Hereford were awarded a free-kick just outside the box. Obi Onyeike hit the cross bar.

Soon afterwards Bilal Yafai hit the post with the keeper well-beaten.

Akinde Made It 2-0
Then just before half-time Samuel Akinde made it 2-0. Protests about possible offside were ignored by the officials.

The second half wasn't as one sided as the first. Biggleswade had more possession at times but in essence failed to trouble Bulls keeper Luke Williams until very late in the game.

There were a couple of incidents including some handbags and the referee made six bookings in total.

Penalty By Lee Allison With Luke Williams Well Beaten
Then minutes before the final whistle Biggleswade converted a penalty after Wader Banton was brought down.
