Nominee Obtains 'Order' To Cut Expenses

Marc Landsman, the nominee in charge of Hereford United's CVA proposals, has obtained a court order which, in effect, allows him not to have to send out notices to creditors and shareholders unless they are specifically requested.

The idea is to try and keep expenses down.
