Club Statement Confirms Agombar's Fit & Proper Failure

The club statement issued earlier this afternoon confirms that Tommy Agombar has failed the FA's Owners & Directors Test.

The statement contains the line "he was told by the FA that he must have nothing more to do with Hereford United" and goes on to confirm that he cannot fund the club or own the amount of shares he does currently.

With Agombar departing the club, and having 'guaranteed' the CVA payments against the unrealistic income projections in the CVA proposal, it leaves the capability of the CVA to proceed in further doubt.
