Neil Phelps has been appointed as assistant manager of Hereford United.
Phelps, who was used by Martin Foyle last season on an occasional basis to review DVD footage of games, has been a youth coach at Pegasus for around five years.
He will be no.2 to John Taylor, the former Banbury United assistant manager.
