The Bulls' case will be heard as case number 48 in the High Court today.
It will be heard as one of seventy cases to be heard between 10.30am and 11am. It is the seventh court date that the Bulls have been due at in 2014.
It is already expected that the Bulls will be given a 21 day extension, allowing an attempt to create a CVA with creditors. That Creditor Voluntary Agreement will see a meeting of creditors called with 14 days notice to agree to a proposed payment play.
The CVA offer will have to be agreed by 75% (in value) of creditors.
