A Wrexham supporter has written to the secretary of Eagley FC about a possible demonstration in protest against Hereford United should the two teams meet at a pre-season friendly next Saturday.
We are a bunch of Wrexham fans who are concerned about the situation at
Hereford United and are keen to show our support by picketing the
proposed friendly match next weekend.
We consider anyone who supports the regime at Hereford to be "scabs" given the fact that players and employees remain unpaid from last season. Many of them are facing huge hardships as you will appreciate.
Could you please provide me with details of your safety officer and local PLO so that we can plan our operation to ensure that our members are as safe as possible.
We also intend to lobby the two local puppet directors of Hereford United on the same day so that we can make it a productive exercise.
They live in Leigh for some reason.
During the struggle to save Wrexham AFC we went under the name of Dismal Jimmy. We took around 200 fans to lobby the disgraced former solicitor Colin Poole (see link) but we doubt that more than half that number will travel to Bolton.
However we are putting out a call to fans of other clubs who share our concerns and hope that there will be a good turnout at Eagley to oppose the gangster regime that currently guides the affairs of the Bulls.
I would be grateful if you could provide me with the requested details at the earliest opportunity as it would enable us to plan accordingly.
Yours in sport,
Tommy.
