This week's Hereford Times carried a half page advert for Sunday's (now postponed) friendly between Hereford United and a team from the Army.
The profit from the game, not the proceeds, were to be given to 'Help for Heroes'.
It is assumed that the advertisment was paid by Hereford United.
BN contacted the editor of the HT Clive Joyce for a comment on the fact that the HT was prepared to take money from Agombar for this advert yet on another page had run a story about former employee Leigh Renton not receiving her maternity pay from the club.
However Joyce was not prepared to discuss the subject.
