their Supporters’ Trusts.
Some of the big names that are set to play include John Snape, Carl Heeley, Matt Gardiner, Tony James & Alex Jeannin with many more set to follow. The event promises to be a great day out for all the family; there will be a BBQ, bouncy castle and other activities for families taking place at the football ground.
Chris Pinder, Managing Director of Malvern Town commented “We are only too pleased to be hosting this exciting event. We are happy to help the supporters’ trusts of both Hereford United FC and Worcester City FC in whatever way we can.”
Rich Widdowson of Worcester City Supporters’ Trust commented “It is great to see the local footballing community coming together in solidarity to back The Hereford United Supporters Trust and to promote supporter-owned clubs as the future for football at our level”
Chris Oleksy of Hereford Trust said, “We’re expecting a high turnout of HUFC supporters, and the support from local footballing legends has been amazing. I’d like to thank Worcester City FC, Worcester City FC Supporters Trust and Malvern Town FC for being so helpful in making this event happen for Hereford Fans.”
There is no set ticket price for the game which will take place on Sunday 3rd August. Fans will be asked instead to make a donation to either Supporters’ Trust upon entry.
