Hereford United chairman David Keyte has been asked about his reaction to FA Chairman Greg Dyke's recent statement which suggested that a League Three might be formed out of Premiership 'B' teams and ten from the Conference.
"It's a little bit of a 'you're not part of us statement' isn't it," Keyte told BBC Hereford and Worcester.
"I think they are describing it as a League Three.
"I'm not certain how well it's been thought through to be honest.
"Why break something that's been going for a 100 plus years?
"The principle is there to try and get a stronger national team and give English youngsters a chance but other sports approach it differently by capping the number of foreign players in each side.
"I'm not sure it follows that they need to disrupt the Football League structure."
