Wrexham captain Dean Keates has signed a new one year deal with the club. The 35 year old has spent the last four years with the club, making around 150 appearances.

Former Bulls loanee Kevin Krans is one of six players released by Bristol City. The 20 year old netted once in four games for the Bulls back in October. Another ex-Bull seeking a new club is defender Dan Preston. The former Birmingham trainee has ended a four year spell with Telford. The Bucks have also released midfielder Martyn Jackson, while fellow midfielder Matty McGinn has quit due to work commitments.

Woking have announced new deals for captain Mark Ricketts and midfielders John Goddard and Josh Payne. All three were regulars for the Cards this season. Alan Connell is one of eight to be released by Northampton. The 31 year old failed to score in 16 games for the Cobblers since a January move from Bradford.

Ex-Bull Matt Done has been offered a new contract by League One newcomers Rochdale. The 25 year old made 44 appearances this season without scoring. James McQuilkin and Nicky Featherstone are among eight released by Walsall. After a bright first season with the Saddlers Featherstone only started 15 games this term, while McQuilkin started only twice during his one year stay.

Tamworth have confirmed that manager Dale Belford will remain in charge for next season despite their relegation from the Conference. Barnet chairman Tony Kleanthous has expressed his anger at the club's failure to secure a play-off spot. Kleanthous accused the players of not having a 'winning mentality' and says that the loss of Football League funding next term will see the Bees have to cut their budget.

Grimsby's board will hold talks before deciding whether manager Paul Hurst stays on for next season. The Mariners lost to Gateshead in the play-offs with the board continuing to fund losses. Nuneaton have signed their first new player in defender Ben Starosta. The former Sheff Utd youngster was boss Brian Reid's captain during their stint in Philippines football.
