Hereford United have been given another seven days to come up with all of the £78K owed to HMRC.
That was the outcome of this morning's hearing at the High Court which was attended by director Dave Preedy.
Preedy confirmed that once the money was all in from the Omid Djalili comedy shows at the Courtyard yesterday and other recent receipts the debt can be settled in full.
"Our efforts must now turn to paying the outstanding wages owed to players and staff," Preedy told the Official Site.
Meanwhile BBC Midlands will have a report on the latest news from Edgar Street in their 6.30pm news programme.
For those supporters with Sky who are not in the Midlands, the channel number is 959.
