The new leases between Herefordshire Council and Hereford United could be signed as soon as Monday January 13th.
Meetings took place today between the interested parties and another meeting is set to take place in Birmingham this coming Monday.
Once the leases are signed the club can continue its discussions with a Telecom company which hopefully will mean that the clubs floodlight towers can host extra equipment to bring 4G into the area.
There is also the hope that further progress can be made with development of the Blackfriars End.
After the earlier report today that the club is likely to face a winding up order perhaps as early as next month, the news that the signing of the leases is getting closer will be welcomed.
