Hargreaves Set For Gulls Job

Former Bull Chris Hargreaves is set to become Torquay's new manager, according to reports this afternoon.

The Bournemouth coach is reported by the Devon press to have opted for the Gulls over Northampton, with the Gulls' board meeting yesterday to finalise their choice.

Hargreaves, 41, left the Gulls in 2010 after three years as captain of the side and still has a house in the area after opening a sports shop in Sidmouth in 2011.

Update: Torquay have confirmed Hargreaves' appointment.
