News Round-Up


Worcester have announced that they have reached formal agreement with developers St Modwen freeing them from the proposed new ground at Nunnery Way. The deal means the club will be able to meet the capital gains tax liability due on the sale of St Georges Lane, and the two parties will now consider working together on the Trust-proposed Perdiswell development.

Wrexham defender Mark Creighton is considering his options after his latest comeback attempt ended after only 20 minutes on Saturday. The 32 year old has struggled with injury for 18 months and is now considering quitting. Welling have loaned forward Kiernon Hughes-Mason to Concord Rangers for an initial month. The 22 year old hasn't started a game for the Wings in over a month.

Tamworth have lost the services of loan midfielder Charlie Allen after Gillingham recalled him. The Lambs have also had to send winger Andy Haworth back to Notts County for treatment on an injury, but hope to have him fit again before his loan expired.
