Southport have lost the services of loan defender Matty Brown after Chesterfield recalled him. The 23 year old was due to stay until January, but returns to the Spireites due to an injury crisis. New Sandgrounders boss John Coleman says the club wants to win promotion to the Football League, 35 years after they were relegated from the 92.

The two players and two Singapore nationals arrested on match fixing allegations have been bailed until March at a court hearing today. The four will enter pleas ahead of a trial in May. Three footballers playing for Southern League side AFC Hayes have been banned for up to two years after falling foul of FA betting rules. The trio are reported to have bet on matches in competitions featuring their club, but not their own games.

Cambridge boss Richard Money wants to resign striker Kwesi Appiah on loan in January with the Crystal Palace man's 93 day loan deal expiring after this weekend. Appiah has netted 10 times in 14 Conference appearances for the U's. Kidderminster have loaned defender Tyrone Williams to Redditch until March. It is the third loan deal for the Academy graduate this season.

Barnet have signed winger Keanu Marsh-Brown to a new long term deal. The winger is their top scorer this season, with eight goals. The Hive will also host Rugby League in 2014 and 2015 with London Broncos agreeing a deal to play at the complex and train at Underhill. The egg chasers say the agreement will mean they will avoid going into Administration. Hyde midfielder Adam Griffin has joined Conf North side Altrincham. The 29 year old was club captain and had been a regular during his 18 months with the Tigers. Goalkeeper David Carnell, a regular up to six weeks ago, has also left for Curzon Ashton of the Evo-Stik League.

Wrexham have released defender Junior N'Tame by mutual consent. The Cameroonian struggled to establish himself in the first team after signing a deal til January, making only three appearances. Boss Andy Morrell says he is unsure whether he will be able to afford to sign a replacement, and may have to rely on FA Trophy prize money for any January dealings.
