News Round-Up

Gateshead have cut admission prices for their FA Cup replay with Oxford to £5 in a bid to increase the gate. The winners of the televised tie will not only get the £18,000 prize money, but also another £73,000 in TV money after BT Sport decided to cover the Second Round match at Wrexham as well. Grimsby say they have a small amount of money left for January reinforcements, after their then joint-managers wanted a bigger chunk of their budget than last season to spend in pre-season.

Portsmouth blogger Micah Hall, now the club's 'Fan Engagement' officer, has been asked to pay the first tranche of his legal bill after litigant Pascal Najadi failed to contact the court to stump up the sum after he lost the proceedings he brought against Hall. The total sum runs into tens of thousands with Pompey fans donating money to help Hall. Barnet have announced that they are in talks with rugby league side London Broncos about a groundshare at The Hive.

Dagenham have signed former Barnet midfielder Anthony Edgar, who has agreed to play for free in a bid to get back into the game. The 23 year old was released by the Bees in April but has been unable to find a new club.
