Hereford United manager Martin Foyle thought the win at Southport this afternoon was a 'good three points'.
"Thoroughly deserved and probably should have had more if we're a little bit more ruthless," Foyle told BBC Hereford and Worcester.
"Three points from the team just above us.
"I was absolutely delighted for Dan Weston today because I thought he was outstanding.
"He could have quite easily buckled today.
"The first catch that went across the six yard box was a great take.
"He grew up didn't he and I was anxious for him because I hate to see players having a bad time and I thought he was one of our best players today.
"Lathrope is a neat and tidy player. It's just a shame that this loan market which I'm tingling with all the time is just one month here one month there, it would be nice if it was nine months.

"The front two today for me held the ball up and giave us a chance to link. They had a little bit of fire in their bellies.
"It was important today and it gives us a free week to relax a little because we've had those two games very very quickly.
"So we'll have Monday off and be ready to go again."
