The Bulls enter the FA Trophy draw at the First Round stage, with the draw taking place tomorrow lunchtime.
Most of the Third Qualifying Round ties took place yesterday, with the 24 Conference sides joining the 40 remaining lower graded teams. The Bulls will be hoping for a home tie with one of the lower graded sides in order to earn some much needed revenue and bag the £5,000 prize for First Round winners.
While the prize money for the earlier rounds is relatively small, there is more than £90,000 in prize money up for grabs for the winner of the competition, along with a Wembley date and gate revenue that can be worth up to £300,000 in total.
Of the more local sides, Gloucester are through after beating Boreham Wood 1-0 yesterday while Worcester face Ramsbottom today at Aggborough to join them. Merthyr lost at East Thurrock, Redditch lost at Boston, and Bath lost at Dover, while Telford smashed six past the reformed Scarborough side.
There are several replays to take place, while the tie between Altrincham and Colwyn Bay will have to start again after yesterday's match was abandoned when the referee picked up an injury. Colwyn Bay, losing at the time, rejected an alternative official, after a plea to the crowd, as the volunteer was claimed to be smelling of alcohol.
The First Round games will take place on the weekend of Saturday, November 30th.
