Hereford United director Nick Nenadich is the first board member to make public what he intends to do about his loan to the club.
"Have donated half my loan to the club for the record," said Nenadich.
Releasing this information on the morning he is off to London to meet possible investors is just the sort of publicity the club needs.
Later Nenadich gave the OS more information about his financial position with the club.
"I am happy to state that I have personally invested in this great football club and have made a six-figure donation," said Nenadich.
"The donation is a complete gift with no strings attached.
"I have other loans currently with the club and I am currently considering converting some of those loans into shares."

Meanwhile the club office is expected to stay open after 5pm this evening for anyone who wishes to enquire about the share issue.
