Wrexham have signed defender Dave Artell on a deal to the end of the season. The 32 year old was a free agent after leaving Northampton last week, and had an 11 game loan spell with the Dragons at the end of last season. Hyde have signed former Mansfield and Aldershot defender Rhys Day. The Manchester based 31 year old retired two years ago due to a knee injury but has been training with the Tigers recently.
Former Bulls manager Simon Davey is a 33/1 shot to be the next manager at Carlisle. Current caretaker boss Graham Kavanagh is favourite, with Paul Simpson second in the list. Macclesfield have called an EGM in a bid to complete their conversion into a Community Interest Company. They failed to pass the move at their recent AGM due to insufficient votes.
