Coventry owners SISU have had an application for a judicial review into the council's decision to invest into the Ricoh Arena thrown out at the High Court. The hedge fund attempted the move, fans claim, in a bid to get the stadium on the cheap. Manager Steven Pressley has denied weekend press claims saying that three of the club's highest earners had been told they could leave the club, while press reports claim that just 400 tickets have been sold for their debut match at Sixfields on Sunday when 10,000 are expected at the Ricoh Arena for a Legends game.

Dartford boss Tony Burman has signed youth team pair Mohamed Eisa and Ronnie Vint for the coming season. Eisa made a single sub appearance for the first team last season. Barnet are to hold a series of residents meetings in a bid to placate local residents who are objecting to further developments at the ground.

Braintree have signed two defenders ahead of Saturday's opening match. Teenager Newman Carney comes from Dunstable Town, while 20 year old Scott Griffiths was part of Brentford's development side.
