Lloyd-Weston Talks Of Greek Woes

In a week that international players' union FIFPro has warned players not to sign for Greek clubs due to non-payment, Bulls keeper Daniel Lloyd-Weston has spoken about his time in Greek football.

The 22 year old tells the BBC that within five months of joining Kalloni, having seen a club car and house fail to materialise, he was owed €2,000 in back wages and had seen his €250 weekly wage cut by 30% by a club director who blamed poor performances for the deduction.

"I didn't really want to leave but I was hit with bills I couldn't pay. But I was sad to go. In terms of football, it was great and those leagues are very underrated." he told the BBC.
