Walker Had To Wait For Hatters Release

New Bulls forward Dan Walker has told the Luton press his future was in limbo for several weeks.

The 23 year old was the last player to be told his future by Hatters boss John Still. Walker told Luton News: “My contract was ending and I was thinking everyone was finding out about their futures one way or another and I was waiting.

“I wondered if there was a mix-up and they thought I was under contract for another season but that wasn’t the case, I didn’t know what to think.”

Walker's departure from Kenilworth Road was announced on May 24th.
