Newly promoted Port Vale have signed Cheltenham wideman Kaid Mohamid on a free transfer thereby reducing the chances of their reported interest in Sam Clucas coming to fruition.
However, the move now puts Cheltenham in a position of requiring a replacement themselves and with Newport also said to be close to announcing a brace of additions which includes an attacking wide player, Bulls fans are still non the wiser regarding Clucas' continuing tenure at Edgar Street.
Clucas and team-mate Marlon Jackson have today joined the England C team on a flight to Bermuda ahead of the match on June 4th. It is not clear if Ryan Bowman is still part of the squad following his move to York.
