Ebbsfleet need £100,000 in the next two weeks to continue, according to chairman Jessica McQueen.
The news was relayed to a Fleet Trust meeting last night, where the members present rejected an offer from the club's MyFC owners to buy 25% of the club for £25,000 in favour of backing a takeover from agent Carlos Kabir Karani, who intends to use the club as a showcase for his players.
The vote results from the meeting are to be passed to MyFC for consideration, with the owners having already confirmed they are unable to continue funding the club.
